Lumber is processed wood—the material most building recipes actually consume. You cannot gather it directly; Chop-specialty Pokémon convert small logs at a favorable ratio.

Farming & tips
Feed ten small logs per batch to Scyther, Pinsir, Heracross, or other Chop users. Keep a storage box beside them so you deposit lumber immediately and queue the next batch.
