What Are Specialties in Pokopia?

In Pokémon Pokopia, every Pokémon has one or more Specialties—unique skills or abilities that help the player perform tasks, automate actions, or interact with the world. These specialties are an important part of gameplay, allowing Pokémon to assist in building, gathering resources, navigating, and more.

How Specialties Work

  • Each Pokémon can have one or two specialties.
  • Specialties determine what tasks a Pokémon can assist with, such as gathering materials, helping build structures, or performing utility actions like flying or appraising items.
  • Some specialties are passive and trigger automatically when conditions are met, while others require player interaction.
