Pokopia Limited-Time Event: Wish Upon a Jirachi

Jirachi is appearing in Pokémon Pokopia for a limited-time wish-themed event. Take part in special activities, collect wish notes and sparkling wish notes, and trade for Jirachi-themed starry-sky rewards at rebuilt Pokémon Centers.

Jirachi is appearing in Pokémon Pokopia for a limited-time wish-themed event. During the event, players can take part in special event activities and receive Jirachi-themed rewards. Talk to Jirachi to get a recipe for wish notes, fulfill Pokémon requests to create sparkling wish notes, and exchange them at your Pokémon Center for starry-sky furniture and décor.

Pokémon Pokopia Expansion Pass promotional artwork for Nintendo Switch: Bubbly Basin (Part 1, August 2026), additional new features (Part 2, late 2026), and an additional new town (Part 3, 2027), sold as a three-part bundle.

Pokopia Expansion Pass Announced

The Pokopia Expansion Pass has been announced. Part 1 releases in August 2026, Part 2 in late 2026, and Part 3 in 2027. Both the free update and paid Part 1 launch together in August—the DLC introduces Bubbly Basin, a new area where you continue your adventure with Ditto and new friends in the Pokopia universe. Alongside Part 1, the complimentary update adds the Dive ability so all players can explore and design underwater with ease. More details to follow soon.

Sableye visits rebuilt Pokémon Centers for a treasure hunt. Collect Red Crystal Fragments in Dream Island caves and trade them for camping-themed rewards—including habitat pieces for befriending Sableye.

  • Red Crystal Fragments are obtained by breaking red crystal clusters in Dream Island caves.

  • Sableye only appears in towns with a rebuilt Pokémon Center.
  • Requires progress up to rebuilding the first Pokémon Center, including “Yawn up a Storm!”.
