Wait for the square block in front of the Pokemon Center with the hidden speech bubble, then use Rock Smash to punch it and reveal Zorua. Once you befriend it, complete the “Show Off Some Toy Blocks” request by crafting a Toy Block and giving it to Zorua to unlock Camouflage.
