For Glide, create the Waterside Dinghy habitat in Sparkling Skylands so Dragonite can spawn. Go east from the Pokemon Center to reach the high-up area, eat a Plain Salad to power up Leafage (to spawn Duckweeds next to the Canoe), and keep progressing until Dragonite teaches you Glide.
